Frieden Projects was founded on a straightforward observation: the organisations that most needed capable help were consistently getting the least useful kind. Advisors who did not understand the operating environment. Consultants who delivered frameworks but could not implement them. Firms that disappeared after the final presentation.

We started this firm to be the alternative. Not just to advise, but to stay in the room until the problem is solved.

Kunle founded Frieden Projects on a straightforward conviction: that organisations across ICT, health, and government deserve better than consultants who present frameworks and disappear. His focus is governance and institutional delivery, helping organisations move from strategy to execution in environments where that gap is consistently where projects fail. He has managed programmes that institutions now measure performance against, and the measure of success is always the same: whether anything actually changed.
